About the event
Fear is part of being human.
It protects us, warns us, and sometimes keeps us safe. But it can also quietly shape our lives in ways we don't always recognise.
Fear can become the reason we don't speak up.
The reason we stay in relationships that no longer serve us.
The reason we postpone dreams, hide parts of ourselves, overthink every decision, or believe we're not ready yet.
Over time, those small moments can become a life lived inside the boundaries of fear rather than possibility.
Transcending Fear is an immersive 9D Breathwork journey designed to help you build a different relationship with fear—not by trying to eliminate it, but by learning how to move with it.
Using conscious connected breathing, immersive sound, guided coaching, subconscious reprogramming and somatic techniques, this experience creates the conditions for deep emotional release, nervous system regulation and lasting inner shifts.
As your body begins to feel safer, your mind can begin to loosen its grip on old stories, making space for greater confidence, self-trust and resilience.
Because courage isn't waiting until fear disappears.
It's learning that fear doesn't have to make your decisions anymore.
What is 9D Breathwork?
9D Breathwork is an immersive guided breathwork experience that combines conscious connected breathing with a multi-dimensional sound journey.
Using headphones, you'll be guided through breath, immersive audio, coaching, NLP techniques, hypnotic language, binaural beats, frequencies and somatic cues, creating an experience that works with both the conscious and subconscious mind.
Rather than simply helping you relax, 9D Breathwork supports emotional release, nervous system regulation and deeper self-awareness, allowing lasting shifts to happen from the inside out.
No previous experience is needed.
This journey may be for you if...
You often overthink or doubt yourself before making decisions.
Fear of failure, rejection or judgement keeps you from taking the next step.
You struggle with confidence or trusting yourself.
You know you're capable of more but keep finding yourself stuck in the same patterns.
You want to feel more courageous, grounded and emotionally resilient.
You're ready to stop letting fear decide how you live your life.
What you may experience
Every experience is unique, but many people leave this journey with:
• A healthier relationship with fear and uncertainty.
• Greater self-confidence and trust in themselves.
• A release of limiting beliefs and emotional patterns.
• More emotional resilience and inner calm.
• A renewed sense of possibility and direction.
• The confidence to take the next step—even if it still feels uncomfortable.
A personal note
This journey is deeply personal to me.
For years, fear shaped so many of my decisions. Fear of not being good enough. Fear of failing. Fear of being seen.
Reading Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway changed the way I understood fear, but Breathwork helped me experience that understanding in my body.
It taught me that courage doesn't arrive before we act.
It grows every time we choose to take one small step despite the fear.
I still have moments where fear visits me.
The difference now is that it no longer gets to decide the direction of my life.
That is the gift I hope to share with you.
Preparing for Your 9D Breathwork Journey
To make the most of your 9D Breathwork experience, it's important to prepare both your body and your mind. Here are a few gentle guidelines to support you:
✨ Set an Intention & Open Your HeartTake a few quiet moments before the session to connect inwardly. Ask yourself what you need most right now—healing, clarity, release, or simply rest. Set a personal intention and come with an open heart, ready to receive whatever your breath wants to show you.
👕 Wear Comfortable ClothingChoose loose, soft clothing that allows you to breathe freely—especially around your belly and chest. This will support your full, unrestricted breathing throughout the session.
🍵 Eat Light BeforehandAvoid heavy meals 2–3 hours before the session. A light snack is okay if needed. Breathwork is best experienced on an emptier stomach, allowing your energy to flow without distraction.
🚫 Pause Alcohol & SubstancesPlease avoid alcohol and other substances for at least 24 hours before the session. Coming in with a clear mind and body helps you go deeper into the experience and enhances the natural clarity and emotional release the breath can offer.
This is a space of inner connection, deep release, and emotional safety. Come as you are, and trust that your breath will guide you exactly where you need to go.
