This is not a medical assessment.

It is a way for me to understand how to guide you safely and intentionally.


Activating breathwork can be powerful.

Every nervous system has a different capacity depending on life, stress, and season.


There is nothing “wrong” with any answer.

This simply allows me to support you in the most aligned way.

For when you feel stable, grounded, and ready for depth.


This pathway may include:

• Stronger connected breathing

• Emotional release and intensity waves

• Deeper pattern exploration

• Activation followed by integration


🌿 Regulate Journey


For when you feel sensitive, tired, navigating stress, postpartum, breastfeeding, or in recovery.


This pathway may include:

• Gentler pacing

• More nervous-system regulation

• Longer grounding phases

• Softer breath guidance



Both pathways exist within the same session.

You are always free to adjust your pace at any time.

I am trained to hold this work responsibly and with care. The session will be guided with clear structure and awareness of different nervous system capacities. There is nothing for you to worry about or overthink — simply arrive as you are. I will hold the container; you focus on your experience.
