We strive to provide heart-centered, high-quality offerings through our digital products, live sessions, and wellness services. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. 1. General Policy Due to the nature of our offerings, our refund policy varies depending on the type of product or service purchased. Your satisfaction and well-being are very important to us, and we are happy to address concerns or questions before or after your purchase at [Insert email address]. 2. Digital Products (Downloads, Guided Sessions, Audio Files, PDFs) All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded. This is because digital items are immediately available and cannot be returned in a traditional sense. We recommend reading the full product description and contacting us with any questions before purchasing. Exceptions: If you were charged in error or experienced technical difficulties that prevented access, please email us within 7 days of purchase and we will be happy to help. 3. Live or Virtual Sessions (e.g., 9D Breathwork Journeys, Classes, Private Sessions) We understand that schedules change and things come up. The following terms apply to live and virtual services: Single Sessions / Drop-In Classes Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled at no charge or refunded upon request. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. No-shows are considered non-refundable. Packages / Multi-Session Programs Package purchases are non-refundable once the first session is booked. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. All sessions must be used within the validity period (if specified during purchase). 4. Workshops, Retreats, and Events Refunds for workshops or events may be subject to specific terms provided at the time of booking. Generally: A full refund is available if canceled 14 days or more before the event. 50% refund if canceled 7–13 days before the event. No refund if canceled within 6 days of the event or for no-shows. If we cancel or postpone an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a new date. 5. Subscription or Membership Services (if applicable) If you offer any recurring billing (e.g., memberships, access to content libraries): You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Payments already processed are non-refundable, but you will retain access for the remainder of your billing period. No prorated refunds are issued. 6.
