About the event
A gentle Sunday Reset experience created to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and deep restoration.
This session is for anyone feeling overstimulated, emotionally tired, anxious, tense, burnt out, or constantly “on”. It is for the moments when the body feels like it has forgotten how to fully switch off, soften, and rest.
Unlike some of the deeper, more cathartic 9D Breathwork journeys, this is a softer, down-regulating experience. The intention is not to push the body into release, but to gently guide the nervous system back towards a greater sense of safety, calm, and inner steadiness.
What is 9D Breathwork?
9D Breathwork is an immersive breathwork experience that combines conscious breathing with a multi-layered sound journey. It brings together guided coaching, breath patterns, somatic awareness, binaural beats, frequencies, visualisation, and carefully designed music to support emotional release, nervous system shifts, subconscious exploration, and deeper self-connection.
Each 9D journey has a different intention. Some are more activating, some are more emotional, and some are created for rest and regulation. This particular journey uses coherent breathing and immersive sound to help the body soften, slow down, and reconnect with a calmer internal rhythm.
Why nervous system regulation matters
The nervous system is the body’s inner communication and response system. It is constantly listening to what is happening inside and around us, helping us respond to stress, safety, emotion, pressure, connection, and rest.
When life feels busy, demanding, or overwhelming for long periods of time, the body can begin to live in a state of high alert. This is often when we feel constantly “on”, restless, tense, reactive, emotionally sensitive, or unable to fully relax even when nothing is wrong in the present moment.
You may notice this through shallow breathing, a tight jaw, tension in the chest or shoulders, poor sleep, overthinking, digestive discomfort, or the feeling that your body is always bracing for something.
Nervous system regulation is not about never feeling stress. It is about supporting the body to move more easily between activation and rest. It is about helping the body remember that it is safe to soften, pause, receive, and come back into balance.
This is why tools such as breathwork, sound, stillness, body awareness, and Reiki can be so supportive. They give the body a direct experience of slowing down, rather than only trying to calm the mind through thinking.
About the journey
Through calm rhythmic breathing, immersive 432 Hz sound, binaural beats, and guided inner awareness, this experience invites the body to move out of survival mode and into a more regulated state.
The breath becomes a rhythm the nervous system can follow. The sound supports the mind in slowing down. The body is gently invited to release tension, soften its internal bracing, and reconnect with the part of you that exists beneath the pressure, noise, and constant doing.
This is not a journey of performance.
It is a space to breathe gently, listen inward, and allow the body to return to its own natural rhythm.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports relaxation, balance, and restoration. It is a quiet and nurturing form of energetic support that invites the body to rest, receive, and return to a sense of harmony.
Many people experience Reiki as calming, grounding, peaceful, or deeply soothing. It does not require effort or mental understanding. It is simply an invitation to receive.
Why Breathwork and Reiki together?
Breathwork and Reiki meet beautifully in this session because they both support the body in softening, regulating, and returning to a deeper sense of safety.
The breath gives the nervous system a rhythm to follow. It gently communicates to the body that it is safe to slow down. Reiki adds another layer of support through stillness, presence, and energetic care.
Together, they create a different kind of breathwork experience — one that is less about intensity and more about restoration. Less about doing, and more about receiving.
This pairing makes the session feel especially nurturing. The breathwork supports regulation from within, while Reiki offers a gentle supportive layer throughout the space, helping the body settle more deeply into rest.

The journey is designed to support regulation, emotional balance, and inner calm through breath, sound, stillness, and Reiki. It offers a softer way to experience 9D Breathwork, making it ideal for those who are seeking grounding, rest, and reconnection rather than a big cathartic release.
You will be invited to breathe gently, receive deeply, and allow the body to return to its own natural rhythm.
A personal note
Sometimes gentle is enough.
Not every healing space needs to be intense. Not every breathwork journey needs to take us into deep release or big emotional moments. Sometimes what the body needs most is softness, safety, stillness, and permission to rest.
This session was created with that intention in mind — to offer a space where you do not need to push, perform, or go anywhere. A space where the breath can be calm, the body can feel held, and the nervous system can slowly remember what it feels like to soften.
Sometimes the deepest reset happens when we finally allow ourselves to receive.
Preparing for Your 9D Breathwork Journey
To make the most of your 9D Breathwork experience, it's important to prepare both your body and your mind. Here are a few gentle guidelines to support you:
✨ Set an Intention & Open Your Heart
Take a few quiet moments before the session to connect inwardly. Ask yourself what you need most right now—healing, clarity, release, or simply rest. Set a personal intention and come with an open heart, ready to receive whatever your breath wants to show you.
👕 Wear Comfortable Clothing
Choose loose, soft clothing that allows you to breathe freely—especially around your belly and chest. This will support your full, unrestricted breathing throughout the session.
🍵 Eat Light Beforehand
Avoid heavy meals 2–3 hours before the session. A light snack is okay if needed. Breathwork is best experienced on an emptier stomach, allowing your energy to flow without distraction.
🚫 Pause Alcohol & Substances
Please avoid alcohol and other substances for at least 24 hours before the session. Coming in with a clear mind and body helps you go deeper into the experience and enhances the natural clarity and emotional release the breath can offer.
This is a space of inner connection, deep release, and emotional safety. Come as you are, and trust that your breath will guide you exactly where you need to go.
Contraindications for 9D Breathwork

While 9D Breathwork is a powerful and supportive practice, it involves deep breathing that can create strong physical and emotional responses. For this reason, it may not be suitable for everyone.
Please consult with your doctor first and avoid participating if you experience or are currently experiencing any of the following:
Cardiovascular problems (including high or low blood pressure, arrhythmia, history of heart attacks)
Epilepsy or seizures
Severe asthma (unless you have your inhaler and are confident in managing symptoms)
Recent major surgeries or physical injuries
Psychiatric conditions (including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or dissociative disorders)
Pregnancy (especially in the first or third trimester)
Detached retina or glaucoma
