About the event
Awareness is the quiet force that brings us home — the gentle remembering of who we are beneath the layers.
AWARE is a 4-hour ceremonial journey designed to awaken and embody awareness through the body, breath, and human connection.It’s an invitation to slow down, to listen deeply, and to rediscover the aliveness that lives in the present moment.
This immersive experience combines two guided 9D Breathwork journeys — one activating and one downregulating — to guide you through a complete nervous system cycle.
The activation journey, awakens energy and emotion held within the body, creating space for release and renewal.
The downregulation journey then follows as a soft landing, allowing your system to settle, integrate, and rest into embodied awareness.
This rhythm — awakening and stillness, inhale and exhale — mirrors the natural intelligence of the body, where transformation and regulation coexist.
The flow of the day unfolds through the five layers of AWARE:

✨ A – Activate · 9D Breathwork for activation and relase
✨ R – Relate · Connection, journaling & tea sharing

Each phase is designed to meet you exactly where you are — guiding you gently inward through body-based awareness, breath, and presence.
You’ll also receive a guided reflection from the Innate Layers Integration Journal, to accompany you in the days following the session. These prompts and reflections offer a safe space to continue the conversation with yourself and deepen the insights that surface during the ceremony.

Includes cacao, two guided 9D Breathwork journeys, somatic movement, reflection, tea, and a post-journey integration practice from the Innate Layers Journal,as well as a few additional grounding and awareness practices woven intuitively throughout the experience — moments designed to deepen connection, enhance embodiment, and bring you closer to your natural rhythm.
No previous experience is required — only openness and curiosity to explore your inner landscape. You’ll be lovingly guided throughout, supported by sound, story, and sacred space.

To make the most of your 9D Breathwork experience, it's important to prepare both your body and your mind. Here are a few gentle guidelines to support you:
✨ Set an Intention & Open Your Heart
Take a few quiet moments before the session to connect inwardly. Ask yourself what you need most right now—healing, clarity, release, or simply rest. Set a personal intention and come with an open heart, ready to receive whatever your breath wants to show you.
👕 Wear Comfortable Clothing
Choose loose, soft clothing that allows you to breathe freely—especially around your belly and chest. This will support your full, unrestricted breathing throughout the session.
🍵 Eat Light Beforehand
Avoid heavy meals 2–3 hours before the session. A light snack is okay if needed. Breathwork is best experienced on an emptier stomach, allowing your energy to flow without distraction.
🚫 Pause Alcohol & Substances
Please avoid alcohol and other substances for at least 24 hours before the session. Coming in with a clear mind and body helps you go deeper into the experience and enhances the natural clarity and emotional release the breath can offer.
This is a space of inner connection, deep release, and emotional safety. Come as you are, and trust that your breath will guide you exactly where you need to go.
Contraindications for 9D Breathwork
Your safety is our priority.
While 9D Breathwork is a powerful and supportive practice, it involves deep breathing that can create strong physical and emotional responses. For this reason, it may not be suitable for everyone.
Please consult with your doctor first and avoid participating if you experience or are currently experiencing any of the following:
Cardiovascular problems (including high or low blood pressure, arrhythmia, history of heart attacks)
Epilepsy or seizures
Severe asthma (unless you have your inhaler and are confident in managing symptoms)
Recent major surgeries or physical injuries
Psychiatric conditions (including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or dissociative disorders)
Pregnancy (especially in the first or third trimester)
Detached retina or glaucoma
