About the Facilitator

Andreea Blaga is a certified 9D Breathwork facilitator and yoga teacher and reiki practicioner, and the founder of Innate Layers.

Her work focuses on helping individuals reconnect with their inner balance through breath, awareness, and nervous system regulation.

She facilitates group sessions, workshops, and private experiences designed to support emotional wellbeing, clarity, and personal growth.
